Eric Petersen is a Toronto based jewellery designer/goldsmith who specializes in contemporary urban design.
Heavily influenced by his childhood and street culture, Eric’s designs are fun and innovative and often reflect themes such as music, maps, graffiti, skateboarding, cars and nature.
Shying away from the heavy use of gemstones as found in traditional urban design, his jewellery brings more focus to the design itself, metal being used and quite often incorporates found objects such as the 8-Ball valve caps used in his Before & After Eight cufflinks.
He is a graduate of George Brown College’s 3-year Jewellery Arts Advanced Diploma program and was the recipient of the 2008 Louis Frankian Diamond Jewellers Award.
Eric is looking forward to what the future holds; ventures, custom design and developing his much anticipated collections.
